[Dx-qsl] TX4PG Logs

Hi Don,
Works fine for me using Netscape 4.79.  I HOPE it is not up to date. 
I plugged in my call (I have him on 2 bands), your call, and some of
the calls of the local big gun DX'ers and all came back not in log. 
I'm taking that as NIL, YET!
