[Dx-qsl] damaged qsl received today: LX7I

LX7I via LX2AJ sae/gs sent Mar-4-2003
The card & my sae were returned in one of those USPS envelopes with the 'WE
ARE SORRY' message.
A portion of the corner is torn off.
As this card is for a band/mode I need to confirm for the challenge I'm
curious if it will be acceptable.
My call and the qso info is NOT damaged. And the confirming red stamp
portion is undamaged.
Nor is the DX station's call.
The only part that is missing is a section of the station description
 I'm believing that the card should be acceptable.
