Hi All,

Actually, RW2F is a club call. Victor Loginov, UA2FM, is custodian. He is
now serving as CRO on the Orient Cruz Line's Marco Polo. Formerly he was CRO
of the Crown Odyssey (see attached picture), then in French Polynesia,
where I met with him to field check RW2F QSLs for endorsements and DXCC
Challenge. I wound up bringing all the cards back to the US with me and I
forwarded them to the DXCC desk as some were for 160 and/or over 10 years
old which as a field checker I can't handle. Victor emphasized that club
members do all they can to answer QSL requests promptly after they are
received via the mail drop. If you work Victor in a contest you now have a
face to put together with the call.

73, Harry
