Bill,

You can probably forget about the 7O1YGF folks... while they had verbal
permission to operate, as you know, that's not worth the paper it's written
on.  Although you never know... but considering the political situation in
the Middle East now & for the forseeable future, I wouldn't hold my breath
on that one.

I'd thought XW1IC, TT8ZZ, and YI9OM were OK (I think TT8ZZ just got
approved, so it may have crossed in the mail).  Normally I'd suggest
dropping a query to NC1L at the ARRL DXCC desk, but the last time I did
that, I was told that he get innundated with those types of requests (and
therefore don't suggest that), so I'm not sure what to tell you.
