Not to offend anyone but most of the SASE's I get here (with stamps)
are with United States Mail stamps, as everybody can imagine Portugal
has
been Independent for almost 1000 years now, that meaning we are not a
US
State or Province, so, US stamps are not accepted.
Being a teacher I understand that the school system is far from being
perfect
wherever you go.
On a side note I also have to say that if you buy Mail Stamps to use
in your SASE
for a UE Country (except G, OZ and SM) be sure they are quoted in
Euros and not
in the old currency.
