I think your reinventing the wheel.
DXB will already use a QRZ or BUCKMASTER cd.
The address info (if available) will show in the QSL Info window.
Where you can use it to make a address label or save it to DXBase's internal
station/manager/address file.

Or you can use Pathfinder and then copy/paste it into the QSL Info windows
fields.

Mark that to save for a future label print and it and your there.

This is EXACTLY what I do (I have the Buckmaster CD) and use it to print
directly to Plum Mailer and Return envelopes.
