[Dx-qsl] Ducie Island Card and Annual Submission Deadling

Hi All,

Having sent for my Ducie QSLs on March 27, I had hoped that they would
arrive in time for the annual submission.

As we are a week away from when the submission must be postmarked, I am
starting to lose hope. I still have a lot of band countries including 30
meters to submit; however, Ducie is one of the last three needed, VU4 and 7O
being the other two. Should I bite the bullet and submit now, wait a day or
two, or wait until the very last minute, i.e. Monday afternoon, September
30. (I would make damn sure the PO clerk stamped "Sep 30" all over the
package.

What say? Are there more still waiting or should I give up, go ahead and
submit and plan to send in the Ducie card next year? OBTW, I did send a SAE
and $10 (buck a Q).
