[Dx-qsl] Mystery Solved: ZK1XP North Cooks 1986

I have learned that Mauke Island is actually located in the South Cooks, 
versus North Cooks. The QSL label for ZK1XP 1986 operation clearly 
references the wrong DXCC entity. Thanks for responses, and especially to 
Luke, PT7WA for pointing out the discrepancy. Victor, ZK1CG confirmed this 
morning that Mauke is indeed in South Cooks.
