[Dx-qsl] ZC6A

Hi guys

As I remember things, someone started using the ZC6A call from Palestine
before it became a DXCC entity and the E4 prefix was issued by the ITU.
This was issued when the Palestinian authorities requested a separate
direct telephone dialling code and block of radio prefixes. Palestine
became a DXCC entity at that time, not before.

All this happened in February 1999, I think.

There was great consternation at the time, as the ZC6 prefix was (and is
still) allocated to the UK.

I do not believe that contacts with ZC6A count for anything as far as
DXCC is concerned.
