Hi Mike,

If you are receiving a message that a problem exists with your login,
then there must be a problem, and the quickest and surest way to fix
the problem is to contact me directly when it happens.  I am always
happy to try and solve these type of problems.

Send me you password and I can get it fixed right away.  No one on the
reflector can help solve this problem, but I can.

Let me know if you want me to fix it. Need USERID and PASSWORD you are
using to access the Online database.
