[Dx-qsl] Carl Slutter, W3BM

If you have not yet sent your QSL, with some comforting words, to
DXer Carl Slutter, W3BM, would you kindly do so. Carl is dying of
cancer and has about a month to live. Mail from Carl's wife said that
the QSL cards received so far have brought much happiness to Carl,
and that his daughters were "overwhelmed at the love and comforting
words that were expressed by all the Ham operators". Please help
me bring as much happiness as possible to a fellow Ham and DXer
during his last few weeks on this earth. Following is Carl's address:
