I buy mine from KU9C or W3HNK, or from DU ops when I operate from DU. This
reflector is also read by Europeans. Maybe Europeans would prefer to
purchase their IRC's from a European based QSL manager to save postage on
their part.
If you don't like the practice of recycling IRC's then don't do it. But
don't suggest others shouldn't.
