[Dx-qsl] STop-by Expeditions

I resubmitted almost a month ago and patiently wait for my 3D2CY and K1B
cards. Hrane personally  promised he would see to confirm them when he
received my cards. I hope this time I will get the confirmations I need. It
is taking some time though, but better later than ever...
