Thanks all for a good discussion of this issue. It appears this problem is
more wide spread than I thought. From the suggestions offered I may try
re-QSLing using GS or in-country stamps on the return envelop. All of my
problems relate to permanent residents, and thus I have no alternative but
to QSL direct to their J6 address. I received private email from a ham who
also has a problem with one of the 3 stations I'm trying to get, although
another poster says he is a good QSLer. Hard to figure out.

While I'm at it, EX poses a similar problem for me as did ER and now J6. I
sent 5 cards to 5 different EX stations and don't have beans to show for it.
Are these guys boycotting the U.S. or just me? I checked myself out and I
don't think it's me (I even shower every day) so I must conclude: There's
Something Rotten In Denmark.

I'm not really getting paranoid about this because I keep telling myself
that I'm doing pretty good by getting 205 entities confirmed in 18 months.
But I sure wish some of these same nagging problems would go away.
