FWIW, I sent SAE's and GS's to both managers soon after the operation ended. I used
regular air mail - No. 10 security envelopes for both, with no call signs them. The card
from YT1AD came several weeks ago, and the card from RZ3AA came about 10 days ago. Maybe
you will have better luck with your second try. 

My return cards came properly sealed in the Press It - Seal It envelopes I use that are
made by the Mead Corp. I've been using them for about a year now for all qsl'ing and
there have been no problems with them. They seal up very well, and I no longer get any
kind of adhesive marks on the cards I receive back.
