       Anyone know where I can buy some Chinese glue coupons.
       IRC's don't seem to elicit replies.
       Is that where I am slipping up?.

       Seriously, what is the secret of getting a QSL from BY?
       QSL returns here over last five years are approximately-

       Replies to ten buro cards                   NIL
       Replies to five direct cards                ONE
