Brian,

The YT1AD is fast in processing whatever he receives. He has already
started answering bureau cards.

RZ3AA is at about 1950 aout of 2600 requests. As you can see they are
close to completion in couple of weeks.

I'd recommend hold-off for about a month before you do any other step. 
If nothing received it means either the mail never reached the
destination, or arrived but deprieved of its valuable content. In later
case expect the cards via the bureau.
