[Dx-qsl] ER4DX

[KIR]

I previously worked 4 ER stations (between last December and this July) and
QSLed each with 1 IRC. Last month, within a 10 day period, I received 3
cards: ER4DX, ER7HQ, and ER1QQ. Three out of four is not bad. Keep trying.
