Got AP2IA after about 6 months, but it took two e-mail exchanges. Ijaz is a 
super-nice guy and completely above board, but I don't know if I can say 
the same for the postal officials along the way.

Neither of my original cards made it to him, but it looks as if a third 
did. He was also *VERY* kind and, after I e-mailed him, he sent a card to 
me before my third arrived. Not just that, but the card I got back showed 
very obvious signs of having been tampered with and re-sealed.
