[Dx-qsl] A61AJ

A61AJ - N4QB has been the QSL manager since September 1, 2001.  He has 
all of the old logs that I had plus the QSLs.  I know that Joe has had 
some problems obtaining some of the 2002 logs for contests.  Other than 
that I have no other details.
