[Dx-qsl] VP6DI cards still coming out?

Received mine about 2 weeks ago on Long Island.  I had sent an SASE with
Canadian postage along with a donation and it was mailed in Canada.  I
suspect they are still mailing the US bound cards in the US.  However, I
have no idea how often they make the cross-border trek to do those mailings.
