I get a very good response from nearly every one of those countries with the
cards sent via the buro, so I don't think the problem is the flow of green
stamps.  The small signals that answer your cw cq late at night seem to qsl
much better via the buro and in most cases they come in a few months and
before they get your card.

After searching my computer log from July 1986 through October 2002, I
compiled a list of countries where I sent  QSLs (
