Well, I think the trick was sending the QSL to him via registered mail....I=20 included a return receipt requested attachement also which came back pretty=20 quickly. Used same method with a QSL to Ethiopia with good results too. Obviously not necessary for the vast majority of QSLs but getting the ER car= d=20 was well worth the few dollars it cost to register the mail. Good Hunting! Dino KL=D8S/4
