Hi guys
sorry for the bandwidth earlier by testing. It seems that me messages are
not being echo'd back to me, so I dont know if they get through.
Axs you know I've taken over QSL duties from Ray G3NOM for his various calls
including
A52OM, XU1NOM,S21U, S2/G3NOM,JT4/G3NOM, HS0/G3NOM, 9M2OM, HS0AC and also
HS0ZDZ.
This massage is intended as an update.
I still have a huge backlog, and in fact just last week received another
5,000 or so from the buro.
I have completed cards for the above calls up to 31 December 1998, and have
started working on 1999.
Please be patient - and I'll try to get them out as soon as I can.
I heartily agree with the comments of KU9C as regards people bitching about
non receipt or delays in receiving cards. As I said to somebody oin an
e-mail just the other day - I have a life as well as a wife. Radio is just
a hobby and QSLing is just a part of it.
I spend around 10 hours a day working for a small Company just trying to
keep our heads above water and 15 people in a job....so I really dont take
too kindly to semi-abusive e-mails cribbing about QSL cards.
My motto is - "If you dont like the way I do it - tough!"
Anyways - like I said - all my DIRECT cards are up to date and I'm getting
started on the buro cards from 1999.
Have a happy festive season and may Santa Claus bring you that rare DX you
desire - and a card to go with it.
