[Dx-qsl] W3ZMD is NOT manager for VQ9IO or VQ9X

I am the "Z" sorter for the W3 Incoming QSL Bureau.  Lately a number 
of QSLs have come through the Bureau for VQ9IO and VQ9X marked "via 
W3ZMD".

W3ZMD has notified me that he is NOT a manager for VQ9IO or VQ9X and 
does not want these cards forwarded to him.  He has no logs and no
QSL blanks.  While he was on Diego Garcia at one time, for the last
several years he has been employed as an over-the-road truck driver.

Any QSLs for VQ9IO or VQ9X marked via W3ZMD will be forwarded through 
the IARU bureau system to the VQ9 bureau.
