Just opened todays mail.  My card for a AH0T rtty qso was returned because 
the op (Sacramento Ca. Address-Card returned from Japan) says he wasn't QRV 
this year.  Bit by a Pirate, on RTTY of all things.  It would be interesting 
to see how much money is wasted yearly on ops trying to confirm pirate QSOs.  
Just wish I had my hands on one for a few minutes.  I would take it out in 
skin.  Looked in a couple of data bases and dont see any spots for the 
station in 2002, so must have either been called by him when I was calling, 
or he called CQ and I bit, then he went away without anyone spotting him, as 
cannot believe there would have been a pileup without any spots.
