    If I was twenty-three years old, I would use the bureau.
    It would give me something to look forward to later on in life.

    Approaching retirement age, I am not sure that my heirs
    and assigns would know what to do with the cards when
    they, hopefully, eventually arrived.

    Waiting two to four years for a card I want is not my idea
    of fun.
