[Dx-qsl] QSLs from Belarus

       Thanks to all who answered my question.

       I have received ten responses, varying from "no chance"
       to "no problem",  some saying "they prefer IRC's" and some
       saying "they prefer green stamps".

       The chances of getting a direct reply to a direct card seem
        about 50 per cent.

       I am sending off five cards direct this weekend (five different
       regions). There are seven different regions in Belarus, but I
       only have five in this year's log.

       Will report back.
