[Dx-qsl] SU3NQ Operation

Fellow DXers....Recently when submitting cards for DXCC credit I submitted a
12 & 30 Meter QSL from SU3NQ for a contact in 1998. The card bounced at the
DXCC Desk and a note was returned with the card "Pirate Operation".

I received the card via the WF5E DX QSL Service and another interesting
piece of info is that the On-Line Logs for this operation show up on the
VE9DX On-Line Log WEB page.

Those facts don't seem to fit a Pirate Operation.

Just thought I'd ask if anyone else had any info on this operation ??
