[Dx-qsl] ZL8CW?

Hello list,

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but since I'm new to the list, 
please humor me.  ;-)

I worked ZL8CW in Nov, 01 and have tried twice to get a card via ZL3CW.  I 
have even sent an email to his address listed in qrz.com.  No reply to my 
email and my cards must have fallen into the same hole as I've got no 
response to them either.

Anyone have any suggestions how to get a ZL8CW confirmation?  It's one of 
only six I'm missing.  So close, yet so far.
