Hello Osten, SM5DQC:

I have a card from WA3HUP for VU7ANI in the Andaman Islands from January
1977. Not sure if the VU2ANI QSO you refer was the Andamans or not.

I can see from my Andaman cards that VU4, VU7 and VU9 have all been used in
the prefix. I do not recall a VU2 used in the Andamans, but possibly so.
Hope MaryAnn can help you.

Dear friends!

I'm helping Rolf, SM4BNZ, ex-SM5BNZ, to get his QSO's with
the Andaman and Laccadive Islands confirmed.

He has worked:

VU7GV 6 April 1975 20 meter SSB
Have seen a note that VU7GV was active in'
1985, maybe Rolf gave me wrong year?

VU4GDG 16 Oct. 1987 40 meter CW Op. was VU2TS
                    I1YRL is now QSL-manager for VU2TS, but I can't
find an e-mail address for I1YRL.

VU2ANI 2 May 1975 20 meter SSB QSL-manager
WA3HUP has Rolf in the log, but MaryAnn can't
tell from her logs if VU2ANI at that time was
operating from Andaman Islands. Rolf has noted
in his log that the QTH was ''Port Blair'' which is
                     located in the Andamans.

Anyone who has any information, especially if recent, thanks
in advance and 73/DX de
