[Dx-qsl] QSL Status Query

I have received a card recently (last month or two) for a 17m QSO I had with
with JY5HX back in May 2001.  Perhaps he was out of cards, backed up, busy,
whatever....it took a while - over a year - but it did come.  Keep in mind
he requests 2 green stamps or 2 IRCs for return postage.  The address on the
card is the one listed on qrz.com: Dr. Munzer Qraini, PO Box 182700, Amman
11118, Jordan.
