Gang,

As Bob N7XY said, "this is probably not the best forum for the discussion"
so I'll keep this short.

I exchanged some emails with W3HNK earlier tonite to see if I could help,
but the specifics of his problem (it's more than just the neighbor's DirecTV
system) indicate someone needs to get in there with a more "hands on"
approach.

Since I'm on the other side of Pennsylvania from Joe, I can't, but I've been
in contact with some people I know over in EPA.  I've been informed that
some local help has been found for him, so hopefully, a solution should be
forthcoming shortly.
