The last packet spot I see for that station on DX Summit is April 10, 2000 
and the manager is still listed as F5XX. (Bernard Vignoles,Les 
Planetes,Route de Campans,F-81100 Castres,France)

No e-mail address is given. Since the last packet spot was April 10th for 
this rare entity, maybe it was a pirate? I don't have the dates of that DX 
Pedition off hand.

In any event, there's currently a DX Pedition to Guinea going on right now 
(putting huge signals into North Ameria), so you can always snare them 
<grin> for that 3X card! Good luck!!
