[Dx-qsl] QSL info for R1FJL

Today I received QSL cards for both R1FJL and EX8W direct from Moscow.

After 5 direct attempts via P.O. Box 1 Moscow with green stamps/IRC's
without success I had almost given up.

The mail drop in the U.S. worked fine.

300 countries now confirmed, 5BDXCC completed.

Never had reply. I really need the cards for 300 confirmed, also LF contacts to complete 5BDXCC.

I came across site yesterday which stated there was a US address.

UA3AGS,  Sergi, PO Box 196,  Pepperell, MA 01463-0196.

Is this a mail drop, if so anyone used it with success? Can it be used for Europe? Any help
