[Dx-qsl] Guatemala postage

    I received a card yesterday from TG9NX with this little note:

"Do me a favor Ed. If you ever need a card from me agn, don't put stamps on
the envelope. Here, you can't over pay the mail. Whoever is giving you the
stamps is over stamping."

    I get my stamps from Bill Plum and have already passed this on to him.
So maybe it might be a good idea, for me at least, to just include the
stamps and not paste them on the envelope. By the way, TG9NX is a very fast
QSLer. This paticular QSO was on 25/08/02 was mailed in mid September.
Another QSL earlier this year had a 1 month turnaround.
