Joe,

Hrane does QSL via the bureau, but for obvious reasons (too many
DXpedition), this is a lower priority.

Another bottleneck on the way is the YU QSL bureau. They typically
send once a year ( I jast recvd their M-Beg today), and the 
earliest opportunity is early next year.

You can send your cards either via ARRL bureau, or via me (no SAE),
and I can mail it for you.
