[Dx-qsl] Postal address needed of Y33RO, was DL7URG in 1996 (from Internet source)

As far as I know Y33RO became at some stage DL7URG.  He is NOT a member of 
DARC, so I need his postal address. The one in RAC is since 1996 the same. 
There is no one with this name listed in the telephone directory of 2001, so 
I wonder if this is still correct.
