I agree with the several messages posted here concerning the prompt
qsling by Ijaz, AP2IA.  I have received several cards from him very
quickly in the past.  However, my last qso with him was in August,
2001, and I have sent subsequently three cards to him to which he
has never replied.  I suspect the dreaded mail theft has struck!
I intend to try one more time, but his is getting EXPENSIVE! (I
will have about $12 invested in this one when this is over (if THIS
ONE IS ANSWERED!).  Anyway, someone mentioned a qsl manager, but
if he DOESN'T have one, I think it's time for him to consider one.
I wonder if anyone else has been having trouble getting his card
