Octavia says "Baku, ul Belinskogo, 20-6 270025 Azerbaijan" but a card sent
to that address came back marked d�m�nag� (moved). The Buckmaster, QRZ, and
the UA callbook say "QSL via: Box 461673 Los Angeles CA 90046 USA" as does
the DL1SBF database, but there's a note posted there from HB9DHG on
15-May-2002 saying "BOX Closed - NO ORDER", which doesn't sound promising.
What's the correct route?
