Fw: [Dx-qsl] Not in log

When I work the "New/Rare One" I always log the next contact the DX station
makes.  That way I can make a argument for a broken call.  Sorry about the
"not in log" on a rare one.  The last one I got was 3Y (Bouvet) on 20M.  The
next log station didn't help me, but has in the past.
