Good luck with the 5I3A as I had to send mine registered mail with a couple 
other guys cards as well and it cost us $9.55 for registered mail, $2.00 
plus 1 IRC inside.

I have heard of some folks receiving them through the buro but I was not 
lucky enough to be one of them.
