Thanks to all, and especially to Bat (JT1CS) who replied so quickly to my 
emails to make sure that I got his address correct, and for letting me know 
via email that he received my card, and that he was sending his back. (For 
those who are interested, Bat received mine on 30-April, so it looks like 
it's about 2 weeks in either direction).
