Have card and shows I2MQP as the mgr. and signed as Mario.
Date of Aug 4, 1988   on 15mtrs

Shows the op as:
Giuliano Ghioni
PO Box B62
Mogadiscio
Somalia

Just as a note, the next year there was an operation
with the call of 6O1GG with the same mgr.
