In regards to my 1st statement noting that Joseph FR5HA told me to qsl him
via qrz.com (which I did) I now note that the RAC does indeed add France in
the address. I can't say how I addressed previous FR cards but I probably
did include France in the address. I will see what happens as it is
certainly not a new one for me but just a case of me taking him at his word.
I guess it is similar to those that say you should add via Japan when
sending cards to JT Mongolia. I see there have been responses from those
that did add France and those that did not. Thanks.
