[Dx-qsl] QSL for SM0JHF and 5H3RK

Now that John brings up an interesting subject let me add to this from the
HK bureau.

Neither HK3JBR nor HK3JJH are LCRA members so your tons of qsls to them will
never get answered. These qsl only make our work load heavier and our LCRA
pockets emptier.
