[Dx-qsl] GS or IRC's or VISA?

They could accept Paypal.  That would let you send them money from your
credit card or bank account safely.  The big problem would be trying to keep
track of who sent money.  On the other hand, for those DXpeditions that do
not want your card, the payment receipt would be your "QSL".
