[Dx-qsl] IRC's in the US

Geez, and I thought I was paranoid...

Let's keep things in perspective. Remember, I originally asked about this
because of a post from the MKDXF, a small paragraph that was part of a much
larger statement, regarding alleged new USPS regulations. Statements from
two different sources -- The Daily DX (which I will not quote from, only
refer to, out of respect for Bernie's copyright) and veteran QSL Manager
KU9C (who makes it his "business" to keep on top of IRC R&R) disputed this
paragraph as incorrect.

Therefore, it is reasonable to assume (a dangerous word, I know) that the
source of the incorrect sentences is from someone who misunderstood or
misinterpreted USPS IRC R&R's (what an acronymic mess that is!). That
person may or may not be someone who works for the USPS. Nevertheless, it
is a long, long, long stretch to conclude from that small assumption and
lack of other solid data that there is a conspiracy in the upper management
of the USPS to nudge us out of using older IRC's.

Sheesh.
