[Dx-qsl] Received old FT4WC QSL

I didn't receive the P5 card today, but I did receive an old Goodie. After
trying for a long long time I did receive my 10 Meter FT4WC QSL for Crozet
Islands from F6GVH.

F6GVH is the QSL Manager for this 1991 operation, but his call and address
does not appear in QRZ.Com and is addrress is incorrect on Buckmaster.

Jean-Pierre, F6ITD, was very helpful by looking through telephone books in
France and found the current address for F6GVH. My card was sent to him on
21 March and received on 6 May.
