[Dx-qsl] XW0X redux

Well today marks 2 months since I sent my QSL, 2 IRC's and SAE to XW0X.  =
I guess I can assume the IRC's wound up lining the pockets of a Laotion =
postal employee.  I had been debating what to do since this is both a =
new DXCC entity for me and my last needed WAZ zone.  Well fate came to =
the rescue!  I managed to work XW3ZNR (op IN3ZNR) on the same band and =
mode as XW0X.  So I guess I can write off XW0X and QSL XW3ZNR via IN3ZNR =
to a country with a working postal system.

This still leaves the imminent problem of QSL'ing K1B via RZ3AA.  I have =
no desire to lose any GS there.
